Susannah Lovett1

     Susannah Lovett was the daughter of Robert Lovett.2 She married Jonathan Darby, son of Jonathan Darby and Anna Maria Frend, on 11 May 1745.1 She died before 1806.1 Her will was proven (by probate) in 1806.1
     From 11 May 1745, her married name became Darby.

Jonathan Darby1

     Admiral Sir Henry d’Esterre Darby was born in 1749.1 He was the son of Jonathan Darby and Susannah Lovett.3 He died in 1823, unmarried.1
     He fought in the Battle of the Nile, where he was distinguished for his gallant conduct in command of H.M.S. Bellerophon.1 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)1
