     Elizabeth Frances Bernard was the daughter of Joseph Bernard.¹ She married James William Cusack, son of Athanasius Cusack and Mary Ann Rotheram, in April 1818.¹ She died on 4 September 1837.¹
     From April 1818, her married name became Cusack.

     Henry Thomas Cusack was born on 20 October 1820.² He was the son of James William Cusack and Elizabeth Frances Bernard.² He married Sophia Anne Tanner, daughter of William Tanner, in 1854.² He died on 6 January 1865 at age 44.²
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal North Devon Mounted Rifles.² He was a practising Barrister-at-Law.² He lived at Abbeville House, County Dublin, Ireland^G.²

     Sir Ralph Smith Cusack was born on 16 November 1821.² He was the son of James William Cusack and Elizabeth Frances Bernard.² He married Elizabeth Barker, daughter of Richard Barker, on 23 April 1850.² He died on 3 March 1910 at age 88.²
     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He was a practising Barrister-at-Law in 1845.² He was Clerk of Crown & Hanaper between 1858 and 1881.² He was chairman of the Midland Great West Railway of Ireland between 1865 and 1905.² He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1873.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)² He lived at Furry Park, Raheny, County Dublin, Ireland^G.²

     Richard Barker lived at Sterling, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹

     Elizabeth Barker was the daughter of Richard Barker.² She married Sir Ralph Smith Cusack, son of James William Cusack and Elizabeth Frances Bernard, on 23 April 1850.¹ She died on 22 February 1902.¹
     From 23 April 1850, her married name became Cusack.

     James William Cusack was born on 6 December 1851.¹ He was the son of Sir Ralph Smith Cusack and Elizabeth Barker.² He married Elizabeth Watson Morrison, daughter of Robert Morrison and Elizabeth Watson, on 13 November 1873.¹ He died on 28 October 1886 at age 34.¹

     Robert Morrison was born circa 1812.² He married Elizabeth Watson, daughter of William Watson and Elizabeth Newenham, on 2 October 1838.²
     He lived at Shanakill, County Cork, Ireland^G.³

     Elizabeth Watson Morrison was the daughter of Robert Morrison and Elizabeth Watson.^3,2 She married James William Cusack, son of Sir Ralph Smith Cusack and Elizabeth Barker, on 13 November 1873.¹ She died on 26 August 1924.¹
     Elizabeth Watson Morrison also went by the nick-name of Bessie.² From 13 November 1873, her married name became Cusack.

     Major Ralph Smith Oliver Cusack was born on 20 December 1875.² He was the son of James William Cusack and Elizabeth Watson Morrison.² He married, secondly, Euphan Jobson.² He married, firstly, Arabella Mabel Ormsby, daughter of John Arthur Cooper Ormsby, on 17 June 1905.² He died in 1965, without issue.²
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Army Service Corps.² He lived at Abbeville House, County Dublin, Ireland^G.²
