     Major Henry Francis Gibbs was born on 23 June 1928.¹ He was the son of Reverend Francis Antony Woodard Gibbs and Agnes Mary Denise Ruddock.¹ He married Patience Janet Rutherford, daughter of Alexander John Buckley Rutherford, on 29 March 1957.¹ He died on 26 January 2020 at age 91.²
