     Sir Godfrey William Rowland Morley was the son of Arthur Morley and Dorothy Innes Murray Forrest.2,3 He married Phyllis Dyce Duckworth, daughter of Sir Edward Dyce Duckworth, 2nd Bt. and Cecil Gertrude Leman, on 5 November 1935.1 He died in 1987.1
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was a practising solicitor.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)1 He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)1

     From before 1953, her married name became Tordoff.1 From 20 June 1953, her married name became du Cros.
