     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, Devon, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹

     Margaret Josephine Collett was the daughter of Maurice John Collett.² She married Captain Nigel Dixon, son of Sir John Dixon, 2nd Bt. and Gwendoline Anne Spearman, on 31 March 1948.¹ She died in May 2004.¹
     From 31 March 1948, her married name became Dixon. She lived in 2003 at 3 Abbots Quay, Wareham, Dorset, England^G.¹

     Beryl Dixon was born in 1916.¹ She was the daughter of Sir John Dixon, 2nd Bt. and Gwendoline Anne Spearman.² She died in 2001.¹

     Barry Thomas Sullivan was born on 27 April 1934 at Auckland, New Zealand.¹ He is the son of Thomas Edward Sullivan and Eileen Louisa Ford.² He married Hazel Margaret Chappell, daughter of William Henry John Chappell and Margaret Alice Fairhurst, on 12 July 1957 at Auckland, New Zealand.¹
