     Frances Mary Hester Bowles was the daughter of Captain Francis Alan Richard Bowles.² She married Commander Noel Wilbraham Dixon, son of Edward Wilbraham Dixon and Alice Isobel Hardcastle Sykes, on 18 July 1917.¹ She died on 3 March 1941, while on active service.¹
     She gained the rank of Senior Commandant in the Auxiliary Territorial Service.¹ From 18 July 1917, her married name became Dixon.

     Bridget Wilbraham Dixon was born on 27 April 1918.¹ She was the daughter of Commander Noel Wilbraham Dixon and Frances Mary Hester Bowles.² She married Lt.-Col. John Aylmer Christie-Miller, son of Colonel Sir Geoffry Christie-Miller and Kathleen Olive Thorpe, on 28 October 1939.¹ She died on 15 November 1992 at age 74.¹
     She graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1938 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹

     Lt.-Col. John Aylmer Christie-Miller was the son of Colonel Sir Geoffry Christie-Miller and Kathleen Olive Thorpe.^1,2 He married Bridget Wilbraham Dixon, daughter of Commander Noel Wilbraham Dixon and Frances Mary Hester Bowles, on 28 October 1939.¹ He died on 12 November 2007.³
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹

     Caroline Aylmer Christie-Miller was born on 4 February 1942.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. John Aylmer Christie-Miller and Bridget Wilbraham Dixon.^2,1 She married Dr. Peter Cannon-Brookes on 13 April 1966.¹
     She was educated at Badminton School, Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol, England^G.¹ She graduated from Courtauld Institute of Art, The Strand, London, England^G, in 1965 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Honours.)¹ From 13 April 1966, her married name became Cannon-Brookes.¹ She was a Lecturer at Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ She was a Lecturer at Leeds University, Leeds, Yorkshire, West Riding, England^G.¹ She was founder and editor of the Journal of Museum Management and Curatorship.¹ She co-authored the book Baroque Churches, with Dr. Peter Cannon-Brookes.¹ She lived in 2003 at Thrupp Farm, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹

     Dr. Peter Cannon-Brookes married Caroline Aylmer Christie-Miller, daughter of Lt.-Col. John Aylmer Christie-Miller and Bridget Wilbraham Dixon, on 13 April 1966.¹
     He was Fellow, Royal Society of Arts (F.R.S.A.)¹ S of Victor Montgomery Cannon-Brookes.¹ FIIC.¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)¹ FMA.¹ He co-authored the book Baroque Churches, with Caroline Aylmer Christie-Miller.¹

     Stephen William Aylmer Cannon-Brookes was born on 12 August 1966.¹ He is the son of Dr. Peter Cannon-Brookes and Caroline Aylmer Christie-Miller.² He married Olga Gaikovich on 15 September 1996.¹
