     Mary Eleanora Basset Curzon was born on 19 June 1920.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Ernest Basset Lothian Curzon and Geraldine Fosbery Mills.¹ She married Major James Malcolm Hay of Seaton, son of Major Malcolm Vivian Hay of Seaton and Florence de Thiene, on 19 April 1941.¹ She died on 19 October 1999 at age 79.¹
     Her married name became Hay.

     Charles Ernest Basset Lothian Curzon was born in 1885.¹ He was the son of Major Ernest Charles Penn Curzon and Edith Basset Basset.¹ He married Geraldine Fosbery Mills, daughter of Sir James Mills, on 13 January 1917.¹ He died on 23 June 1952.¹

     Malcolm Charles Hay of Seaton was born on 4 March 1956.¹ He is the son of Major James Malcolm Hay of Seaton and Mary Eleanora Basset Curzon.¹ He married Deborah Louise Rouse, daughter of Lt.-Cdr. Derek Malcolm Rouse, on 26 November 1983.¹
     He was educated at Ampleforth College, Ampleforth, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He lived in 2003 at Edinglassie, Glass, Aberdeenshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Elizabeth Mary Hay was born on 3 October 1942.¹ She is the daughter of Major James Malcolm Hay of Seaton and Mary Eleanora Basset Curzon.¹ She married David Buchanan Gillespie on 20 June 1977.¹
     From 20 June 1977, her married name became Gillespie.¹ She lived in 2003 at The Lodge, St. Mary’s Abbey, Woolmer Hill, Haslemere, Surrey, England^G.¹

     Joanna Margaret Hay was born on 31 July 1945.¹ She is the daughter of Major James Malcolm Hay of Seaton and Mary Eleanora Basset Curzon.¹ She married Brigadier Ewen Duncan Cameron, son of Lt.-Col. Aylmer Lochiel Cameron and Lois Mary Maitland Rugge-Price, on 29 December 1973.¹
     From 29 December 1973, her married name became Cameron.¹

     Nicola Anne Hay was born on 17 October 1958.¹ She is the daughter of Major James Malcolm Hay of Seaton and Mary Eleanora Basset Curzon.¹ She married Andrew Lachlan Rattray, 29th of Ratttray, son of Captain James Silvester Rattray of Craighall-Rattray, 28th of Rattray and Christian Hilda Guthrie, in 1983.¹
     From 1983, her married name became Rattray.¹

     Geraldine Fosbery Mills was the daughter of Sir James Mills.¹ She married Charles Ernest Basset Lothian Curzon, son of Major Ernest Charles Penn Curzon and Edith Basset Basset, on 13 January 1917.¹ She was also reported to have died on 15 September 1962.¹
     From 13 January 1917, her married name became Curzon.¹

     Sir James Mills lived at Dunedin, New Zealand.² He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.)¹

     Major Ernest Charles Penn Curzon was born on 24 November 1856.¹ He was the son of Colonel Hon. Ernest George Curzon and Augusta Latham Hallifax.¹ He married Edith Basset Basset, daughter of Charles Henry Basset and Harriet Mary Basset, on 18 October 1882.² He died on 12 February 1938 at age 81.¹
     He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1901.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the 18th and 3rd Hussars.¹

     Edith Basset Basset was the daughter of Charles Henry Basset and Harriet Mary Basset.² She married Major Ernest Charles Penn Curzon, son of Colonel Hon. Ernest George Curzon and Augusta Latham Hallifax, on 18 October 1882.² She died on 30 April 1943.²
     She was given the name of Edith Basset Williams at birth.² Her married name became Curzon. She was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1918.²
