     Thomas Lewis Dewey was born on 27 February 1900.¹ He was the son of Rev. Sir Stanley Daws Dewey, 2nd Bt. and Emily Rose Pryce.² He married Josephine May Sadler Stockton, daughter of Joseph Sadler Stockton, on 15 April 1936.¹ He died on 18 May 1951 at age 51.¹
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England^G.² He fought in the First World War.¹ He graduated from Pembroke College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹

     Josephine May Sadler Stockton is the daughter of Joseph Sadler Stockton.² She married Thomas Lewis Dewey, son of Rev. Sir Stanley Daws Dewey, 2nd Bt. and Emily Rose Pryce, on 15 April 1936.¹
     She graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ DLO).¹ Sheffield.¹ Her married name became Dewey. She lived Whitely Woods.¹ She lived in 2003 at Cherry Tree Cottage, Nether Compton, Sherborne, Dorset, England^G.¹
