     In 1792 at Friarstown, County Limerick, Ireland^G, he shot and mortally wounded Captain henry Vereker in a duel.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Limerick in 1793.² He held the office of High Sheriff of County Limerick in 1795.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Clare in 1801.² He lived at Ballyclough, County Limerick, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at Caherelly, County Limerick, Ireland^G.¹

     Hubert Magan was the son of Morgan Magan and Elizabeth (?)¹ He died, unmarried.¹

     William Magan was the son of Morgan Magan and Elizabeth (?)¹ He died, unmarried.¹

     Edward Magan was the son of Morgan Magan and Elizabeth (?)¹ He died, unmarried.¹

     Lucinda Stacpoole was born on 19 March 1785.¹ She was the daughter of George Hogan Stacpoole and Jane Lysaght.² She married, firstly, Walter Lysaght, son of James Lysaght.¹ She married, secondly, William Adams Brew.¹
     Her married name became Brew.¹ Her married name became Lysaght.¹

     Walter Lysaght is the son of James Lysaght.¹ He married Lucinda Stacpoole, daughter of George Hogan Stacpoole and Jane Lysaght.¹

     Jane Stacpoole was born on 6 April 1791.¹ She was the daughter of George Hogan Stacpoole and Jane Lysaght.² She married Reverend George William Gale.¹
     Her married name became Gale.

     Reverend George William Gale married Jane Stacpoole, daughter of George Hogan Stacpoole and Jane Lysaght.¹

     Morgan Magan was the son of Morgan Magan and Elizabeth (?)¹ He died, killed in a fall from his horse, without issue.¹
