     John Massy Stacpoole was born on 30 September 1919.¹ He was the son of Percy Stacpoole and Olive Lansdell.²
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Auckland Regiment.¹ He was educated at Auckland University, Auckland, New Zealand^G.¹ He was an architect and writer on architecture.¹ He was deputy chairman of the New Zealand Historic Places Trust.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1975.¹ He lived in 1976 at 49 Allendale Road, Auckland, New Zealand^G.¹

     Sydney Harold Stacpoole was born in 1893.¹ He was the son of John Massy Stacpoole and Emily Chadwick.² He died on 4 April 1972, unmarried.¹

     Eve Stacpoole was born on 30 September 1884.¹ She was the daughter of John Massy Stacpoole and Emily Chadwick.² She died in 1971, unmarried.¹

     Kathleen Stacpoole was born on 7 July 1892.¹ She was the daughter of John Massy Stacpoole and Emily Chadwick.² She married Herbert Thompson, son of Robert Thompson, on 12 September 1933.¹
     From 12 September 1933, her married name became Thompson. She lived in 1976 at 18 King Edward Avenue, Auckland, New Zealand^G.¹

     Robert Thompson lived at Christchurch, New Zealand^G.¹ He lived at Snaith, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     Herbert Thompson was the son of Robert Thompson.² He married Kathleen Stacpoole, daughter of John Massy Stacpoole and Emily Chadwick, on 12 September 1933.¹ He died in 1973, without issue.¹
