He fought in the Siege of Calais in 1347.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Zouche, of Haryngworth [E., 1308] on 20 November 1348, in his grandfather’s lifetime.2

William la Zouche, 1st Baron Zouche (of Haryngworth)1 
He fought in the Scots Campaign between 1301 and 1333.1 He was appointed Knight in 1306.1 He was created 1st Baron Zouche, of Haryngworth [England by writ] on 16 August 1308.1 In 1317 he did military service in Ireland.1 From 1324 to 1325 he did military service in Gascony.1 In 1332 he did military service in Ireland.1
