Lady Elizabeth Leslie was the daughter of Alexander Leslie, 7th Earl of Leven and Hon. Elizabeth Monypenny.1 She married John Hope, 2nd Earl of Hopetoun, son of Charles Hope, 1st Earl of Hopetoun and Lady Henrietta Johnstone, on 10 June 1767.1 She died on 10 April 1788.1

Admiral George Carnegie, 6th Earl of Northesk1 
He was commissioned in 1737, in the service of the Royal Navy.2 He succeeded as the 6th Earl of Northesk [S., 1647] on 24 June 1741.1 He succeeded as the 6th Lord Rosehill and Eglismauldie [S., 1639] on 24 June 1741.1 He gained the rank of Admiral of the White in 1778 in the Royal Navy.1
