     Reverend George Wallis Newport Clark was born on 13 March 1859.¹ He was the son of William Clark and Marianne Elizabeth Paul Newport.^2,1 He married Emily Maria Lucas, daughter of Edward William Lucas, on 5 July 1887.¹ He died on 30 September 1934 at age 75.¹

     Mary Lucas Clark was the son of Reverend George Wallis Newport Clark and Emily Maria Lucas.² He died in 1954, unmarried.¹
