     Reverend Mark Cassidy was born on 1 August 1777.1 He was the son of Francis Cassidy and Sarah Magee.2 He married Henrietta Jackson, daughter of Samuel Jackson and Hester de Vateau, on 31 July 1805.1 He died on 10 December 1839 at age 62.1
     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was the Rector at Newtownards, County Down, IrelandG.1 He was Chancellor of Kilfenora.1

Francis Duff Cassidy1

     Francis Duff Cassidy was the son of Francis Cassidy and Sarah Magee.2 He married Mary Ann (?)1 He died in 1841 at Newington, London, England.3
     His admiration for a rarticular French chateau is said to have inspired the design of the Cassidi family seat.1 He was Private Secretary to Lord Castlereagh.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 60th Rifles.1
