     From 26 January 1882, her married name became Burdett.

     Surg.-Capt. John Head Burdett was born on 5 February 1884.¹ He was the son of John Head Burdett and Adelaide Victoria Stanley Leatham.² He married Dorothy Clarice Fisher, daughter of John Fisher, in September 1914.¹ He died on 2 July 1958 at age 74.¹
     He was educated at Bristol Grammar School, Bristol, England^G.¹ He was educated at St. Mary’s Medical School, Paddington, London, England^G.¹ He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal College of Physicians, London (L.R.C.P.)¹ He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Surgeons (M.R.C.S.)¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He retired from the military in 1946, with the rank of Surgeon-Captain, late of the Royal Navy.¹

     Dorothy Clarice Fisher was the daughter of John Fisher.² She married Surg.-Capt. John Head Burdett, son of John Head Burdett and Adelaide Victoria Stanley Leatham, in September 1914.¹ She died on 14 January 1963.¹
     Bristol.¹ She lived Charlotte Street.¹ Her married name became Burdett.

     John Eric Burdett was born on 18 May 1918.¹ He was the son of Surg.-Capt. John Head Burdett and Dorothy Clarice Fisher.² He married Audrey Gillian Reilly, daughter of Hugh Tempest Reilly, on 18 July 1946.¹ He died on 22 December 1972 at age 54.¹

     John Robert Eric Burdett was born on 4 September 1957.¹ He is the son of John Eric Burdett and Audrey Gillian Reilly.²
