     Reverend Daniel Patrick Fitzgerald was born on 28 June 1916.¹ He was the son of Sir John Joseph FitzGerald, 2nd Bt. and Mary Thomasine Burke.² He died on 9 August 2016 at age 100.³
     He was a Roman Catholic priest.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet FitzGerald, of Geraldine Place, Cork [U.K., 1903] in 1988, although he does not use the title.¹ He lived in 2003 at Meadowlands, Wilton Road, Cork, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹

     Donal FitzGerald was born in 1760.¹ He married Julia Murphy in 1790.¹ He died in 1836.¹
     He lived at Crossmahon, South Kilmurray, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹ He had three younger sons and two daughters.¹

     Julia Murphy was born circa 1766.¹ She married Donal FitzGerald in 1790.¹ She died in 1838.¹
     She lived at Teraleen, Kilmichael, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹ From 1790, her married name became FitzGerald.

     Daniel FitzGerald was born in 1801.¹ He was the son of Donal FitzGerald and Julia Murphy.² He married Elizabeth Corcoran, daughter of John Corcoran, in 1827.¹ He died in October 1876.¹
     He lived at Gurtsmourane, Iveleary, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹ He had three elder sons and five daughters.¹

     John Corcoran lived at Clashbradane, Kilmichael, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹

     Elizabeth Corcoran was born circa 1809.¹ She was the daughter of John Corcoran.² She married Daniel FitzGerald, son of Donal FitzGerald and Julia Murphy, in 1827.¹ She died on 27 March 1893.¹
     From 1827, her married name became FitzGerald.

     Sir Edward FitzGerald, 1st Bt. was born on 24 November 1846.¹ He was the son of Daniel FitzGerald and Elizabeth Corcoran.² He married Johanna Anne O’Donoghue, daughter of John O’Donoghue, on 31 January 1872.¹ He died on 22 June 1927 at age 80.¹
     He held the office of Lord Mayor of Cork between 1901 and 1903.¹ He was created 1st Baronet FitzGerald, of Geraldine Place, Cork [U.K.] on 10 October 1903.¹ He was awarded the Order of the Sacred Treasure of Japan.¹

     Johanna Anne O’Donoghue is the daughter of John O’Donoghue.² She married Sir Edward FitzGerald, 1st Bt., son of Daniel FitzGerald and Elizabeth Corcoran, on 31 January 1872.¹
     From 31 January 1872, her married name became FitzGerald.

     Daniel Michael FitzGerald was born on 1 October 1873.¹ He was the son of Sir Edward FitzGerald, 1st Bt. and Johanna Anne O’Donoghue.² He died on 17 February 1888 at age 14.¹
