Sir Edward Denny was the son of Rt. Hon. Sir Anthony Denny and Joan Champernowne.3 He married Margaret Edgcumbe, daughter of Sir Piers Edgcumbe and Margaret Luttrell.1 He died on 12 February 1599/0.1
