     He was educated at Beaumont College, Old Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of between 1914 and 1919 in the Royal Flying Corps.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1917.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He was awarded the Officer de Croix de Couronne.¹ He retired from the military in 1919, with the rank of Brigadier-General.¹ He was with the National Institute of Agriculture and Botany between 1922 and 1927.¹ He fought in the Second World War, with the Royal Air Force (Air Ministry.)¹ He was with the National Institute of Agriculture and Botany between 1944 and 1947.¹ He lived at The Bridge, Banagher, County Offaly, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at 3 Chesham Street, London, England^G.¹

     Captain Gilbert Nagle was born circa 1895.¹ He was the son of Garrett Thomas Nagle and Marcella Harold-Barry.¹ He died on 5 July 1917, killed in action.¹
     He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He gained the rank of Captain and Adjutant in the Royal Sussex Regiment.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹

     Marguerite Nagle is the daughter of Garrett Thomas Nagle.² She married Brig.-Gen. Cyril Francis de Sales Murphy, son of Jerome J. Murphy and Mary Cagney, in 1926.¹
     From 1926, her married name became Murphy.

     Cuthbert Morgan Murphy was born in 1886.¹ He was the son of Jerome J. Murphy and Mary Cagney.² He married, firstly, Audrey Carrol.¹ He and Audrey Carrol were divorced.¹ He died on 16 April 1975.¹
     He was educated at Beaumont College, Old Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.¹ He gained the rank of Squadron-Commander in the Naval Wing, Royal Flying Corps.¹ He lived at California, U.S.A.^G.¹

     Audrey Carrol married Cuthbert Morgan Murphy, son of Jerome J. Murphy and Mary Cagney.¹ She and Cuthbert Morgan Murphy were divorced.¹
     Her married name became Murphy. Audrey Carrol also went by the nick-name of Audie.¹

     Patricia Dorothea Murphy is the daughter of Cuthbert Morgan Murphy and Audrey Carrol.² She married Richard Campbell Lindsell, son of Thomas Edward Lindsell, on 28 February 1940.¹
     Patricia Dorothea Murphy also went by the nick-name of Patsy.¹ From 28 February 1940, her married name became Lindsell.

     Thomas Edward Lindsell lived at Estancia Dos Hermanos, Los Pinos, Argentina^G.¹

     Richard Campbell Lindsell is the son of Thomas Edward Lindsell.² He married Patricia Dorothea Murphy, daughter of Cuthbert Morgan Murphy and Audrey Carrol, on 28 February 1940.¹
     He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross (D.F.C.)¹ He lived in 1976 at 3 Northwood House, Sharpthorne, Sussex, England^G.¹

     Charles Edward Lindsell was born on 9 July 1948.¹ He is the son of Richard Campbell Lindsell and Patricia Dorothea Murphy.²

     Robert Henry Lindsell was born on 23 January 1960.¹ He is the son of Richard Campbell Lindsell and Patricia Dorothea Murphy.²
