     Maude Lemprière Heywood was born on 27 January 1897.¹ He was the son of Rt. Rev. Bernard Oliver Francis Heywood and Marion Maude Lemprière.² He married Reverend Herbert Bowman on 4 April 1923.¹

     Iris Margaret Lemprière Heywood was born on 3 April 1924.¹ She is the daughter of Maude Lemprière Heywood and Reverend Herbert Bowman.² She married Michael Atkinson on 28 March 1951.¹
     She was educated at Leeds Grammar High School, Leeds, Yorkshire, West Riding, England^G.¹ She graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G, in 1947 with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)¹ She graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G, with a Bachelor of Surgery (Ch.B.)¹ From 28 March 1951, her married name became Atkinson.

     Michael Atkinson married Iris Margaret Lemprière Heywood, daughter of Maude Lemprière Heywood and Reverend Herbert Bowman, on 28 March 1951.¹
     He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, London (F.R.C.P.)¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹

     Gillian Lemprière Atkinson was born on 9 January 1953.¹ She is the daughter of Michael Atkinson and Iris Margaret Lemprière Heywood.²

     Catherine Veryran Atkinson was born on 24 March 1955.¹ She is the daughter of Michael Atkinson and Iris Margaret Lemprière Heywood.²
