     Anne Laurence is the daughter of Samuel Laurence.2 She married, firstly, Thomas Brereton, son of Thomas Brereton and Mary Carroll.1 She married, secondly, Saunders Young in 1781.1
     Her married name became Brereton. From 1781, her married name became Young.1

     Thomas Brereton was born in 1778.1 He was the son of Thomas Brereton and Anne Laurence.2 He married Maria Anna Watson, daughter of Thomas Brereton Watson, on 16 April 1819.1 He died on 9 September 1846 at Boulogne-sur-Mer, FranceG.1
     Thomas Brereton also went by the nick-name of ‘English Tom’.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 95th Regiment (Rifle Corps.)1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Cambridgeshire Militia.1 He lived at Berkeley Street, London, EnglandG.1
