     Edith Crosland was born on 12 June 1861 at Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Crosland and Eliza Thornton.¹ She was baptised on 21 August 1861 at Paddock, Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ She married Frederick Aldcroft Kay, son of Robert Henry Kay and Eliza Phillips, in September 1882 at Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England^G.² She and Frederick Aldcroft Kay were divorced in 1897 at London, England^G, Archive Kew.² She married, secondly, Thomas Brownell Burnham, son of Gordon Webster Burnham and Maria Louisa Brownell, on 9 February 1899.¹ She died on 13 May 1914 at age 52 at Slaugham, Sussex, England^G.¹
     She lived in 1881 at Lockwood, Yorkshire, England^G.^3,2 From September 1882, her married name became Kay.¹ From 9 February 1899, her married name became Burnham.¹ She lived at Eccles, Manchester, Lancashire, England^G.¹

     Sir William Oliphant of Aberdalgie is the son of Sir John Oliphant of Aberdalgie.² He married Marian de Berwick, daughter of Thomas de Berwick.¹
     In 1417 he was retoured heir.¹ In 1424 he was sent to London as hostage for ransom of King James I, and disappears from records there after 1425.¹

     Marian de Berwick was the daughter of Thomas de Berwick.³ She married, firstly, Sir William Oliphant of Aberdalgie, son of Sir John Oliphant of Aberdalgie.¹ She married, secondly, James Livingston, 1st Lord Livingston, son of Sir Alexander Livingston of Callendar and Janet Dundas.¹ She died before 20 October 1478.³
     Her married name became Oliphant.¹ Her married name became Livingston.¹

     Don Elias Oscar Ocampo y Rodriguez Baldovino was born in 1881 at Magdalena, Provencia de Buenos Aires, Argentina.¹ He was the son of Don Mariano Donato Ocampo y Biron Miguens and Edelmira Rodriguez Baldovino.¹ He married Dona Maria Luisa Passo Carrere, daughter of Don Casiano Nieves Passo Gonzalez and Dona Juana Maria Carrere.¹

     Charles Crosland was born in 1832 at Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He was the son of George Crosland and Sarah Hannah Woodhead.¹ He married Eliza Thornton, daughter of Joseph Tyne Thornton and Mary Sykes, on 2 June 1860 at Paddock, Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He died on 22 June 1870 at Crosland Lodge, Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England^G.^2,3

     Eliza Thornton was born on 20 March 1837 at Paddock, Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England^G.^2,3 She was the daughter of Joseph Tyne Thornton and Mary Sykes.¹ She married Charles Crosland, son of George Crosland and Sarah Hannah Woodhead, on 2 June 1860 at Paddock, Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ She died on 27 December 1916 at age 79 at Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England^G.³
     From 2 June 1860, her married name became Crosland.¹ She lived in 1881 at Lockwood, Yorkshire, England^G.^2,3

     James Oliphant was the son of Sir John Oliphant of Aberdalgie and Margaret Ogilvy.² He died in June 1491, killed in feud between Lord Oliphant and Earl of Buchan.¹
     He was ancestor of the Oliphants of Archellie and Bachilton.¹ He lived at Archellie, Methven, Perthshire, Scotland^G.¹ On 17 July 1471 he held Archellie by charter.¹ In June 1491 (an unknown value.)¹

     John Oliphant is the son of Sir John Oliphant of Aberdalgie and Margaret Ogilvy.²
