He was given the name of Julian Alexander Fellowes at birth.3 On 15 October 1998 his name was legally changed to Julian Alexander Kitchener-Fellowes by Deed Poll.3 He was an actor (including appearances as Kilwillie in BBC1’s Monarch of the Glen) and a screenwriter (Oscar for Gosford Park screenplay.3 ) He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) in 2009.1 He was created Baron Fellowes of West Stafford, of West Stafford in the County of Dorset [U.K. Life Peer] on 12 January 2011.1
