     James Anthony Traill was born on 7 August 1870.¹ He was the son of Anthony Traill and Catherine Elizabeth Moore.² He married Annie Isabel Gage, daughter of Major James Owen Gage, on 20 December 1898.¹ He died on 11 November 1901 at age 31, without issue.¹

     From 20 December 1898, her married name became Traill. From after 1901, her married name became Hitchcock.¹

     Robert Thomas Traill was born on 3 January 1872.¹ He was the son of Anthony Traill and Catherine Elizabeth Moore.² He died on 17 March 1873 at age 1.¹

     Major Henry Edward O’Brien Traill was born on 3 November 1876.¹ He was the son of Anthony Traill and Catherine Elizabeth Moore.² He married Ella Frances Kerr, daughter of Colonel William Francis Kerr, in December 1906.¹ He died on 1 September 1963 at age 86.¹
     He was educated at Coleraine Academic Institute, Coleraine, County Londonderry, Ireland^G.¹ He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He fought in the Boer War.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches three times.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1916.¹ He retired from the military in 1924, with the rank of Major, late of the Royal Garrison Artillery.¹ He was Area Commandant and Adjutant of the R.U.S.C. (‘B’ Specials) between 1925 and 1931 at County Fermanagh, Ireland^G.¹

     Colonel William Francis Kerr gained the rank of Colonel in the The Buffs.¹

     Ella Frances Kerr was the daughter of Colonel William Francis Kerr.² She married Major Henry Edward O’Brien Traill, son of Anthony Traill and Catherine Elizabeth Moore, in December 1906.¹ She died on 16 February 1962.¹
     From December 1906, her married name became Traill.

     Dato Henry Francis O’Brien Traill was born on 12 December 1911.¹ He was the son of Major Henry Edward O’Brien Traill and Ella Frances Kerr.² He died on 24 April 1985 at age 73 at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.³
     He was educated at Portora Royal School, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Ireland^G.¹ He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He was a planter after 1935 at Malaysia^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Army Ordnance Corps.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he became a POW in Singapore.¹ In 1975 he was made a Dato by the Sultan of Selangor.¹ He lived in 1976 at Bukit Blebo, Batang Berjuntai, Selangor, Malaysia^G.¹

     Edward John Traill was born on 11 March 1913.¹ He is the son of Major Henry Edward O’Brien Traill and Ella Frances Kerr.² He married Lilian Joan Locke, daughter of Joseph Locke, on 21 October 1943.¹
     He was educated at Portora Royal School, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Ireland^G.¹ He was a designer and artist in wood.¹ He lived in 1976 at 12 Butleigh Wootton, Glastonbury, Somerset, England^G.¹
