     Humphrey Noel Minchin was born on 15 May 1895.¹ He was the son of Charles Owen Minchin and Aline de la Chesnaie.² He married Hilda Parish, daughter of George Henry Parish, on 22 May 1940.¹ He died on 4 February 1964 at age 68, without issue.¹
