     May Pretoria Minchin was born on 29 May 1900.¹ She is the daughter of Alfred Edward Minchin and Margaret Keane Hitchcock.² She married Henry Ernest Bear, son of Frederick Bear, on 15 August 1923.¹
     From 15 August 1923, her married name became Bear.¹ She lived in 1976 at 39 Ashington Street, Dianella, Western Australia, Australia^G.¹

     Henry Ernest Bear was the son of Frederick Bear.² He married May Pretoria Minchin, daughter of Alfred Edward Minchin and Margaret Keane Hitchcock, on 15 August 1923.¹ He died on 29 April 1958.¹
     He had one son and three daughters.¹

     Elfreda Hope Minchin was born on 14 April 1904.¹ She is the daughter of Alfred Edward Minchin and Margaret Keane Hitchcock.² She married Harold Joseph Harrop, son of Herbert Booth Harrop, on 16 July 1932.¹
     From 16 July 1932, her married name became Harrop.¹ She lived in 1976 at 7 McCallum Crescent, Ardross, Western Australia, Australia^G.¹

     Harold Joseph Harrop was the son of Herbert Booth Harrop.² He married Elfreda Hope Minchin, daughter of Alfred Edward Minchin and Margaret Keane Hitchcock, on 16 July 1932.¹ He died on 22 November 1964.¹
     He had two other sons.¹

     Thomas Anthony Harrop was born on 26 March 1936.¹ He is the son of Harold Joseph Harrop and Elfreda Hope Minchin.² He married Irene Kraft, daughter of Georg Kraft, on 28 August 1963.¹
     He graduated from University of Western Australia, Perth, Western Australia, Australia^G, in 1969 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was a planning officer, Education Department of Western Australia.¹ He lived in 1976 at 33 Ripple Way, Bateman, Western Australia, Australia^G.¹ He was genealogist of the Minchins.¹
