     Anne Jane Crossley was born circa 1819.¹ She was the daughter of Lieutenant William Lloyd Crossley.¹ She married Becher Hungerford, son of Richard Hungerford and Frances Eyre Becher, on 14 February 1845.¹ She died on 30 May 1893.¹
     From 14 February 1845, her married name became Hungerford.¹

     Lieutenant William Lloyd Crossley gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 38th Regiment of Foot.¹
