     Susannah Louisa Currie was the daughter of Rev. Sir Frederick Larkins Currie, 2nd Bt. and Eliza Reeve Rackham.² She died on 2 September 1935, unmarried.¹

     Major Mark Edward Currie was born on 10 September 1824.¹ He was the son of Sir Frederick Currie, 1st Bt. and Susannah Larkins.² He married, firstly, Jane Upwood, daughter of Reverend T. T. Upwood, on 4 November 1847.¹ He married, secondly, Catherine Louisa Graves, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Harry Meggs Graves and Anne (?), on 21 October 1867.¹ He died on 14 December 1868 at age 44.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Artillery.¹

     Reverend T. T. Upwood graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He lived at Lovells Hall, Norfolk, England^G.¹

     Jane Upwood is the daughter of Reverend T. T. Upwood.² She married Major Mark Edward Currie, son of Sir Frederick Currie, 1st Bt. and Susannah Larkins, on 4 November 1847.¹
     From 4 November 1847, her married name became Currie.

     Robert Eugene Buck married Janet Sue Currie, daughter of Sir Donald Scott Currie, 7th Bt. and Charlotte Johnstone, in 1973.¹
     He lived at Nebraska, U.S.A.^G.¹

     Mary Currie is the daughter of Mark Currie and Magdalen Anderson.¹ She married William Riddell.¹
     Her married name became Riddell.¹

     William Riddell married Mary Currie, daughter of Mark Currie and Magdalen Anderson.¹

     Ryves Alexander Mark Currie was born on 18 June 1875.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Frederick Alexander Currie and Geraldine Lucy Graves.² He married Ida Melville Hatchell, daughter of Joseph H. Hatchell, on 21 September 1908.¹ He died on 30 March 1920 at age 44.¹
     He fought in the North-West Frontier between 1897 and 1898.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.¹ He gained the rank of Brigade Major between 1914 and 1915.¹ He gained the rank of Major and Brevet Colonel in the Somerset Light Infantry.¹ He gained the rank of GSO (1) in 1915.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1916.¹ He was Commandant of the Officers Staff Course in 1917 at Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He was awarded the Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d’honneur.¹ He was awarded the Crois de Guerre of Belgium.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1919.¹

     Joseph H. Hatchell was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (F.R.C.P.I.)¹

     Ida Melville Hatchell was the daughter of Joseph H. Hatchell.² She married Ryves Alexander Mark Currie, son of Lt.-Col. Frederick Alexander Currie and Geraldine Lucy Graves, on 21 September 1908.¹ She died on 28 March 1923.¹
     From 21 September 1908, her married name became Currie.
