Charles Herbert Tighe, on 10 June 1948.1 He and Ann Tighe were divorced in 1963.1 He married, secondly, Mary Friend, daughter of Major James Irvine Hatfield Friend, on 19 December 1964.1 He died on 13 June 1974 at age 48.1
