Francis George Crofton and Emily Augusta Caulfeild.² He married, firstly, Annie Rebecca Colhoun, daughter of Robert Colhoun, on 24 July 1917.¹ He married, secondly, Nancy Ester Nash, daughter of Harry Holdsworth Nash, on 25 May 1957.¹ He married, thirdly, Joan Anthea Crofton, daughter of John Ernest Crofton, on 17 January 1966.¹ He died in 1971.¹

     Robert Colhoun was awarded the Military Medal (M.M.) He lived at Buncrana, County Donegal, Ireland^G.¹

     Annie Rebecca Colhoun was the daughter of Robert Colhoun.² She married Francis Lowther Crofton, son of Captain Hon. Francis George Crofton and Emily Augusta Caulfeild, on 24 July 1917.¹ She died in 1956.¹
     From 24 July 1917, her married name became Crofton.

     Francis David Lowther Crofton was born in 1919.¹ He was the son of Francis Lowther Crofton and Annie Rebecca Colhoun.² He married Marguerite Hines, daughter of Earl Hines, in 1948.¹ He died on 28 March 2002.³
     He graduated from McGill University, Montréal, Quebec, Canada^G, with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He gained the rank of Captain between 1943 and 1946 in the Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps.¹ He adopted Keven Christopher Drew Crofton.¹ He adopted Ainslie Anne Crofton.¹ He adopted Leslie Anne Crofton.¹ He adopted David Jaice Lowther Crofton.¹ He adopted Tighe Francis Lowther Crofton.¹

     Earl Hines lived at Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada^G.¹

     Marguerite Hines was the daughter of Earl Hines.² She married Francis David Lowther Crofton, son of Francis Lowther Crofton and Annie Rebecca Colhoun, in 1948.¹ She died on 15 October 1994.¹
