     Anne Knox Radcliffe was born circa 1805.1 She was the daughter of Reverend John Radcliffe.2 She married Sir John Croft, 1st Bt., son of John Croft and Henrietta Maria Tunstall, on 24 July 1827.1 She died on 5 March 1887.1
     From 24 July 1827, her married name became Croft.1

Sir John Frederick Croft, 2nd Bt.1

     Sir John Frederick Croft, 2nd Bt. was born on 31 August 1828.1 He was the son of Sir John Croft, 1st Bt. and Anne Knox Radcliffe.2 He married Emma Graham, daughter of John Graham and Elizabeth Noble, on 4 June 1856.1 He died on 24 May 1904 at age 75.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Croft, of Cowling Hall, Yorkshire [U.K., 1818] on 5 February 1862.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron da Serra da Estrella [Portugal, 1854] on 5 February 1862.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kent.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Kent in 1872.1
