Henry Hucks Gibbs, 1st Baron Aldenham was born on 31 August 1819 at Powis Place, St. George the Martyr, London, EnglandG.1 He was the son of George Henry Gibbs and Caroline Crawley.1 He was baptised on 4 October 1819 at Stowe-nine-Churches, Northamptonshire, EnglandG.1 He married Louisa Anne Adams, daughter of William Adams and Hon. Mary Anne Cokayne, on 6 May 1845 at Thorpe, Surrey, EnglandG.3 He died on 13 September 1907 at age 88 at Aldenham House, Aldenham, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.3 He was buried on 18 September 1907 at Aldenham House, Aldenham, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.3 His will was proven (by probate) in December 1907, at over £703,700 gross.3

(Conservative) for the City of London between 1891 and 1892.1 He was created 1st Baron Aldenham, of Aldenham, Hertfordshire [U.K.] on 31 January 1896.1 He lived at Clifden Hampden, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He lived at Aldenham House, Aldenham, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.1 His last will was dated from 19 March 1906 to 28 August 1906.
