He was educated at Sherborne School, Sherborne, Dorset, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Williams, of Tregullow, Cornwall [U.K., 1866] on 20 December 1921.1 He graduated from St. John’s College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1930 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Welch Fusiliers.1
