     John Williams was born circa 1684.¹ He married, firstly, Thomasine Paynter.¹ He died in 1761.¹
     He moved from Wales to Cornwall for the mining opportunities there.¹ In 1715 at Burncoose, Gwenapp, Cornwall, England^G, (an unknown value.)¹

     Thomasine Paynter married John Williams.¹
     Her married name became Williams.

     Michael Williams was born in August 1730.¹ He was the son of John Williams and Thomasine Paynter.² He married Susanna Harris, daughter of Henry Harris, on 30 November 1752.¹ He died in February 1775 at age 44.¹

     Henry Harris lived at Cusgarne, Gwenapp, Cornwall, England^G.¹

     Susanna Harris was the daughter of Henry Harris.² She married Michael Williams, son of John Williams and Thomasine Paynter, on 30 November 1752.¹ She died in February 1814.¹
     From 30 November 1752, her married name became Williams.

     John Williams was born on 23 September 1753.¹ He was the son of Michael Williams and Susanna Harris.² He married Catherine Harvey, daughter of Martin Harvey, on 23 January 1776.¹ He died in April 1841 at age 87.¹
     In 1806 he bought Manor of Calstock, Devon.¹ He lived at Scorrier House, Cornwall, England^G.¹ He lived at Burncoose, Gwenapp, Cornwall, England^G.¹
