     Sir Frederick Hugh Ripley, 2nd Bt. was born on 7 July 1878.¹ He was the son of Sir Frederick Ripley, 1st Bt. and Katherine Little.² He married Georgina Mary Shute Adams, daughter of Francis Adams, on 8 July 1902.¹ He died on 15 July 1945 at age 67, without issue.¹
     He fought in the Boer War in 1900.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 2nd Life Guards.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Ripley, of Acacia, Rawdon, West Riding of Yorkshire [U.K., 1897] on 22 November 1907.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Battalion, Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders.¹

     Georgina Mary Shute Adams was the daughter of Francis Adams.² She married Sir Frederick Hugh Ripley, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Frederick Ripley, 1st Bt. and Katherine Little, on 8 July 1902.¹ She died on 28 October 1953.¹
     From 8 July 1902, her married name became Ripley.

     Sir Geoffrey Arnold Ripley, 3rd Bt. was born on 4 August 1883.¹ He was the son of Sir Frederick Ripley, 1st Bt. and Katherine Little.² He married Sybil Augusta Bardwell, daughter of Thomas Newman Frederick Bardwell, on 2 January 1908.¹ He died on 16 November 1954 at age 71, without issue.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1912 entitled to practise as a barrister.¹ He was awarded the 1914 Star in 1914.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 1st Royal Dragoons (Special Reserves.)¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Ripley, of Acacia, Rawdon, West Riding of Yorkshire [U.K., 1897] on 15 July 1945.¹ On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.¹

     Thomas Newman Frederick Bardwell lived at Bolton Hall, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹

     Sybil Augusta Bardwell was the daughter of Thomas Newman Frederick Bardwell.² She married Sir Geoffrey Arnold Ripley, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Frederick Ripley, 1st Bt. and Katherine Little, on 2 January 1908.¹ She died on 11 August 1954.¹
     From 2 January 1908, her married name became Ripley.

     Lieutenant Charles Roger Ripley was born on 13 November 1888.¹ He was the son of Sir Frederick Ripley, 1st Bt. and Katherine Little.² He died on 22 October 1914 at age 25, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 2nd Battalion, York and Lancaster Regiment.¹

     Ethel Margaret Susan Ripley was the daughter of Sir Frederick Ripley, 1st Bt. and Katherine Little.² She married Brigadier Charles Russell Terrot, son of Lt.-Col. C. E. Terrot, on 3 December 1902.¹ She died on 24 September 1960.¹
     From 3 December 1902, her married name became Terrot.

     Lt.-Col. C. E. Terrot lived at Nether Newith Hill, Durham, County Durham, England^G.¹

     Brigadier Charles Russell Terrot was the son of Lt.-Col. C. E. Terrot.² He married Ethel Margaret Susan Ripley, daughter of Sir Frederick Ripley, 1st Bt. and Katherine Little, on 3 December 1902.¹ He died on 1 May 1944.¹
     He gained the rank of Brigadier in the 6th Inniskilling Dragoons.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹
