Sir William Osborne, 8th Bt. and Elizabeth Christmas.2 He married, firstly, Harriet Toler, daughter of Daniel Toler and Rebecca Minchin.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Harding, daughter of William Harding, on 12 June 1813.1 He died on 27 October 1837.1
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Carysfort in 1798.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Enniskillen in 1800.1 He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Osborne, of Ballintaylor and Ballylemon, co. Waterford [I., 1629] on 23 May 1824.1
