     Her married name became Brims.³

     Sir Brian Patrick McMahon, 8th Bt. was born on 9 June 1942.¹ He was the son of Sir William Patrick McMahon, 7th Bt. and Ruth Stella Kenyon-Slaney.² He married Kathleen Joan Hopwood, daughter of William Hopwood, in 1981.¹ He and Kathleen Joan Hopwood were divorced in 1991.¹ He died on 30 January 2018 at age 75.
     He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Wednesbury Technical College, Wednesbury, Warwickshire, England^G, in 1964 with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Engineering Metallurgy.¹ He was registered as a Associate, Institution of Metallurgists (A.I.M.) in 1967.¹ He was an engineer.¹ He succeeded as the 8th Baronet McMahon [U.K., 1817] on 5 January 1977.² He lived in 2003 at Oak Ridge, School Road, Thorney Hill, Bransgore, Dorset, England^G.¹

     Sir John McMahon, 1st Bt. was the son of John McMahon and unknown wife (?)^2,1 He died on 12 September 1817, without issue.¹
     He held the office of Private Secretary and Keeper of the Privy Purse to the Prince Regent, (later King George IV.)¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Ireland]¹ He was created 1st Baronet McMahon [U.K.] on 7 August 1817, with a special remainder to his half-brother, Thomas.¹

     Constance Marianne Langford was the daughter of Captain Netherton Langford.² She married, firstly, John Bell Brooking, son of John Savery Brooking and Eleanor (?), on 17 November 1870 at St. James’s, Piccadilly, London, England.^1,2 She married, secondly, General Sir Thomas Westropp McMahon, 3rd Bt., son of Lt.-Gen. Sir Thomas McMahon, 2nd Bt. and Emily Anne Westropp, on 14 August 1888.¹ She died on 19 September 1893.¹
     From 17 November 1870, her married name became Brooking.¹ From 14 August 1888, her married name became McMahon.¹

     John Bell Brooking was born circa 1829 at Shoreditch, London, England.² He was the son of John Savery Brooking and Eleanor (?)² He married Constance Marianne Langford, daughter of Captain Netherton Langford, on 17 November 1870 at St. James’s, Piccadilly, London, England.^1,2 He died on 4 April 1871 at 7 Chesham Street, London, England.^1,2

     Lt.-Cdr. John Francis Crofton Barker-Hahlo was born on 2 October 1901.² He was the son of Major Hermon Barker-Hahlo and Josephine Christine Crofton.³ He married Ruth Stella Kenyon-Slaney, daughter of Percy Robert Kenyon-Slaney and Geraldine Ellen Georgina Whitmore, on 19 January 1928.⁴ He and Ruth Stella Kenyon-Slaney were divorced in 1939.⁴ He died on 11 January 1941 at age 39, killed in action.^3,2
     He was commissioned on 15 May 1915, in the service of the Royal Navy.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy, on H.M.S. Southampton.^1,2 He fought in the Second World War.³
