     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Naval Reserve.¹

     William Musgrave lived at Shoebridge House, Eastburn.¹

     Henrietta Musgrave was the daughter of William Musgrave.² She married Sir John Donald Horsfall, 2nd Bt., son of Sir John Cousin Horsfall, 1st Bt. and Sarah Emily Fawcett, on 28 October 1914.¹ She died on 8 December 1936.¹

     Donald Fawcett Horsfall was born on 26 August 1915.¹ He was the son of Sir John Donald Horsfall, 2nd Bt. and Henrietta Musgrave.² He married Jeanne Elizabeth Smith, daughter of Colonel F. Longden Smith, on 11 August 1947.¹ He died on 18 May 1995 at age 79.¹
     He was educated at Uppingham School, Uppingham, Rutland, England^G.¹ He graduated from King’s College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1937 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 6th Battalion, Duke of Wellington’s (West Riding) Regiment.¹ He graduated from King’s College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1941 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹

     Colonel F. Longden Smith lived at Woodlands, Skipton, Yorkshire, North Riding, England^G.¹

     Jeanne Elizabeth Smith is the daughter of Colonel F. Longden Smith.² She married Donald Fawcett Horsfall, son of Sir John Donald Horsfall, 2nd Bt. and Henrietta Musgrave, on 11 August 1947.¹
     From 11 August 1947, her married name became Horsfall. She lived in 2003 at Fairleigh, Skipton, Yorkshire, North Riding, England^G.¹

     Michael Fawcett Horsfall was born on 8 May 1948.¹ He is the son of Donald Fawcett Horsfall and Jeanne Elizabeth Smith.² He married Elizabeth Anne Pickthall, daughter of Isaac Pickthall, in 1979.¹
     He was educated at Giggleswick Grammar School.¹ He lived in 2003 at Waulkmill, Strachan, Kincardineshire, Scotland^G.¹
