     Rev. Sir James Hanham, 6th Bt. was born circa 1726.¹ He was the son of Sir William Hanham, 3rd Bt. and Mary Norris.² He married Jane Phelips, daughter of unknown Phelips, in 1757.¹ He died on 11 March 1806.¹
     He graduated from Oriel College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1748 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was the Rector between 1754 and 1806 at Winterborne Zelston^G.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Hanham, of Dean’s Court, Wimborne, Dorset [E., 1667] on 19 August 1791.¹

     Vice-Admiral Charles Trevanion married Joan Wichalse, daughter of Robert Wichalse.¹

     Amy Hanham was the daughter of Thomas Hanham and Penelope Popham.² She married Thomas Pyne in 1595.¹ She died in 1640.¹
     Her married name became Pyne.¹

     Emmeline Mary Wynter was the daughter of Ernest Charles Wynter.¹ She married Patrick John Hanham, son of Colonel Phelips Brooke Hanham and Gertude Frances Paget, on 6 August 1947.¹ She died in 1967.¹
     From 6 August 1947, her married name became Hanham.¹
