     From 22 March 1934, her married name became Munro.¹ She lived in 1970 at Wepham Lodge, Arundel, Sussex, England^G.¹

     Sir Alexander Christison, 2nd Bt. was born on 26 August 1828.¹ He married, firstly, Jemima Anne Brown, daughter of James Cowley Brown, on 22 June 1854.¹ He married, secondly, Florence Elworthy, daughter of Fredrick Thomas Elworthy and Mana Kershaw, on 3 November 1892.¹ He died on 14 October 1918 at age 90.¹
     He graduated from University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G, with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He gained the rank of Surgeon-General in the Bengal Army.¹ He gained the title of 2nd Baronet Christison on 27 January 1882.

     Jemima Anne Brown was the daughter of James Cowley Brown.¹ She married Sir Alexander Christison, 2nd Bt. on 22 June 1854.¹ She died on 21 September 1876.¹
     From 22 June 1854, her married name became Christison.¹

     James Cowley Brown was with the Bengal Civil Service.¹
