     He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)¹ He graduated with a Bachelor of Surgery (B.S.)¹

     Anne Curtis Pyke was born on 25 January 1939.¹ She is the daughter of Thomas Musgrave Pyke and Sylvia Rosamond D’Urban Carey Curtis.² She married John Ferens Turner, son of Major Sidney Claud Turner, in June 1962.¹
     She graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)¹ She graduated from London University, London, England^G, in 1962 with a Bachelor of Surgery (B.S.)¹ From June 1962, her married name became Turner. She lived in 2003 at The Old Vicarage, Church Road, Combe Down, Bath, Somerset, England^G.¹

     Edward Thomas Turner was born on 13 April 1966.¹ He is the son of John Ferens Turner and Anne Curtis Pyke.²

     Sophia Jane Turner was born on 22 May 1964.¹ She is the daughter of John Ferens Turner and Anne Curtis Pyke.²

     Jessica Charlotte Turner was born on 23 July 1968.¹ She is the daughter of John Ferens Turner and Anne Curtis Pyke.²

     Wilfried Henry Curtis was born on 15 November 1866.¹ He was the son of Spencer Henry Curtis and Margaret Tupper Carey.² He married Augusta Carey, daughter of Reverend E. T. Carey, on 21 July 1897.¹ He died in 1943.¹
