     From 1889, her married name became Forman. From 27 April 1904, her married name became Bowell.¹ In 1906 her name was legally changed to Forman by Deed Poll.¹

     Reverend William Bowell lived at Sissinghurst, Kent, England^G, the Vicar.¹ He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹

     John Ball Forman married Dora Margaret Curtis, daughter of Charles William Curtis and Henrietta Francisca Robinson, in 1889.¹ He died on 14 September 1900.¹

     Eveline Jane Curtis was the daughter of Charles William Curtis and Henrietta Francisca Robinson.² She died circa 1955, unmarried.¹

     James Falconer Curtis was born on 2 August 1827.¹ He was the son of Charles Berwick Curtis and Henrietta Pearson.² He married, firstly, Josephina Adelaide Mangin, daughter of Colonel Samuel Mangin, on 7 February 1861.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Helen Brown, daughter of Reverend J. Brown, on 5 December 1872.¹ He died on 28 December 1879 at age 52.¹
