     Charles Frederick John North was born on 14 September 1887.¹ He was the son of Frederic Dudley North and Flora Frances Hamersley.² He married Bessie Saddington, daughter of William Saddington, in 1916.¹ He died in 1979.¹
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Oriel College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1909 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1912 entitled to practise as a barrister.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Air Force.¹ He held the office of Member of the Legislative Assembly (M.L.A.) [Western Australia] between 1924 and 1956, for Claremont.¹ He was awarded the Silver Jubilee Medal in 1935.¹ He was awarded the Coronation Medal in 1937.¹ He held the office of Speaker of the Legislative Assembly [Western Australia] between 1946 and 1953.¹

     William Saddington lived at Cheshire, England^G.¹

     Bessie Saddington was the daughter of William Saddington.² She married Charles Frederick John North, son of Frederic Dudley North and Flora Frances Hamersley, in 1916.¹ She died in 1964.¹
     From 1916, her married name became North.

     Muriel Elvia Joan North was born on 10 July 1917.¹ She is the daughter of Charles Frederick John North and Bessie Saddington.² She married Roy Wilson Parr in 1942.¹
     From 1942, her married name became Parr.

     Rachel Mary June North was born on 17 April 1930.¹ She is the daughter of Charles Frederick John North and Bessie Saddington.² She married, firstly, Garth Murray Denny on 22 February 1955.¹ She and Garth Murray Denny were divorced in 1966.¹ She married, secondly, Thomas Nolan Cassidy in 1967.¹
     From 22 February 1955, her married name became Denny. From 1967, her married name became Cassidy.¹ She lived in 2003 at 4 Forrerst Street, Cottesloe, Western Australia, Australia^G.¹

     Garth Murray Denny married Rachel Mary June North, daughter of Charles Frederick John North and Bessie Saddington, on 22 February 1955.¹ He and Rachel Mary June North were divorced in 1966.¹

     David North Murray Denny was born on 5 March 1958.¹ He is the son of Garth Murray Denny and Rachel Mary June North.²
