     He was a practising Middle Temple in November 1850, barrister.^1,3 He emigrated to Victoria, Australia^G, arriving on 1852.³ He was Chief Commissioner of Insolvent Estates [Victoria] between 1859 and 1871.^1,3 He held the office of Judge of the Insolvency Court [Victoria] between 1871 and 1886.^1,3

     Margaret McKenzie was the daughter of John McKenzie.² She married Wriothesley Baptist Noel, son of Rev. Hon. Baptist Wriothesley Noel and Jane Baillie, in 1858.¹ She died on 6 June 1869.¹
     From 1858, her married name became Noel.

     Guy Noel was born on 28 December 1860.¹ He was the son of Wriothesley Baptist Noel and Margaret McKenzie.² He married Blanche Mabel Mayne Gibbs, daughter of James Hatch Gibbs, on 2 June 1883.¹ He died in 1942.¹
