     William Henry Minchin was born circa 1801.¹ He was the son of George Minchin and Rebecca (?)¹ He died on 13 April 1825.¹
     He was a practising solicitor.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the New Brunswick Regiment.¹

     Lt.-Col. George F. H. Minchin was the son of George Minchin and Rebecca (?)¹ He died on 26 March 1885.¹
     He held the office of Judge of Probate.¹

     Harriet Henrietta Minchin was born circa 1800.¹ She was the daughter of George Minchin and Rebecca (?)¹ She married Charles Peter Wetmore, son of Hon. T. Wetmore, on 15 May 1823.¹ She died on 22 March 1828.¹

     Rebecca Caroline Minchin was the daughter of George Minchin and Rebecca (?)¹ She married Hon. Dr. Robert Gordon.¹ She died on 6 July 1894.¹
     Her married name became Gordon.¹
