     Cecilia Louisa Des Voeux was the daughter of Sir Charles Des Voeux, 2nd Bt. and Christina Hird.¹ She married Lt.-Col. William Hicks Slade, son of General Sir John Slade, 1st Bt. and Matilda Ellen Dawson, on 30 July 1861.¹ She died on 14 March 1931.²
     From 30 July 1861, her married name became Slade.¹

     Lt.-Col. William Hicks Slade was born on 9 December 1829.² He was the son of General Sir John Slade, 1st Bt. and Matilda Ellen Dawson.³ He married Cecilia Louisa Des Voeux, daughter of Sir Charles Des Voeux, 2nd Bt. and Christina Hird, on 30 July 1861.¹ He died on 28 July 1884 at age 54.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 5th Lancers.²

     Mary Gertrude Des Voeux was the daughter of Sir Charles Des Voeux, 2nd Bt. and Christina Hird.¹ She married Sir Edward Henry Gervase Stracey, 6th Bt., son of Sir Henry Josias Stracey, 5th Bt. and Charlotte Denne, on 28 April 1870.² She died on 26 January 1907.²
     From 28 April 1870, her married name became Stracey.¹

     Sir Edward Henry Gervase Stracey, 6th Bt. was born on 3 December 1838.² He was the son of Sir Henry Josias Stracey, 5th Bt. and Charlotte Denne.^2,3 He married Mary Gertrude Des Voeux, daughter of Sir Charles Des Voeux, 2nd Bt. and Christina Hird, on 28 April 1870.² He died on 6 June 1888 at age 49.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Norfolk Artillery Militia.² He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Stracey, of Rackheath, Norfolk [U.K., 1818] on 7 August 1885.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Norfolk.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Norfolk.²

     Augusta Anne Des Voeux was the daughter of Sir Charles Des Voeux, 2nd Bt. and Christina Hird.¹ She married Augustus Frederick Arthur Sandys, 4th Lord Sandys, Baron of Ombersley, son of Arthur Marcus Cecil Sandys, 3rd Lord Sandys, Baron of Ombersley and Louisa Blake, on 3 August 1872.² She died on 24 January 1903, without issue.¹
     From 3 August 1872, her married name became Sandys.¹

     Radcliff Sidebottom married Elizabeth Bradshaw, daughter of John Bradshaw and Elizabeth Peploe, in 1760 at Scotland.¹

     Sir Charles Philip Vinchon Des Voeux, 1st Bt. and Mary Anne Champagné obtained a marriage license on 13 November 1778.¹ He died in 1814.
     He gained the title of 1st Baronet Des Voeux.

     Mary Anne Champagné is the daughter of Very Rev. Arthur Champagné.¹ She and Sir Charles Philip Vinchon Des Voeux, 1st Bt. obtained a marriage license on 13 November 1778.¹
     From 13 November 1778, her married name became Des Voeux.¹

     Tom Lewis married Loretta Young in 1940.¹ He and Loretta Young were divorced circa 1965.¹ He died in 1988.¹

     Reverend Henry Des Voeux was born in 1786.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Philip Vinchon Des Voeux, 1st Bt. and Mary Anne Champagné.¹ He married, secondly, Frances Elizabeth Hutton, daughter of George Hutton-Riddell. He married, firstly, Frances Dalrymple, daughter of Daniel Dalrymple and Diana Clay, on 1 December 1812.² He married, thirdly, Julia Denison, daughter of John Denison, in 1839 at Marylebone, London, England.³ He died on 30 September 1857 at Interlaken, Switzerland^G, as the result of an accident.¹
