     She was a student at Wakanui School, Wakanui, Canterbury, New Zealand^G, in September 1876.⁵ From 26 January 1888, her married name became Hampton.²

     Robert-Henry Bennett was born on 14 September 1869 at Templeton, Canterbury, New Zealand^G.¹ He was the son of Henry Bennett and Margaret Bennett.¹ He married Laura Johnstone in 1894.² He died in 1952.³

     Susannah Bennett was born on 21 September 1872 at Templeton, Canterbury, New Zealand^G.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Bennett and Margaret Bennett.¹ She married Joseph Rountree, son of Thomas Rountree and Rachel Allen, circa 1892.² She died on 24 January 1937 at age 64 at Carters Terrace, Tinwald, Ashburton, New Zealand^G.^3,4 She was buried at Ashburton Public Cemetery, Ashburton, New Zealand^G, plot 1843.⁴
     From circa 1892, her married name became Rountree.² Susannah lived with her husband at Tinwald at Carters Terrace, Ashburton, New Zealand^G, in 1922.⁵

     Charles Bennett was born on 9 November 1874 at Wakanui, Canterbury, New Zealand^G.^1,2 He was the son of Henry Bennett and Margaret Bennett.¹ He married Sarah Stalker, daughter of William Stalker and Jane Smith, on 7 May 1901.³ He died on 9 July 1942 at age 67.⁴ He was buried on 12 July 1942 at Ashburton Public Cemetery, Old Section, Ashburton, New Zealand^G, plot 177.^4,5

     Alice Bennett was born on 31 May 1877 at Wakanui, Canterbury, New Zealand^G.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Bennett and Margaret Bennett.¹ She married William McDuff, son of William McDuff and Elizabeth Bennett, at Tinwald, Ashburton, New Zealand^G.² She died in February 1949 at age 71 at Patetonga, Coromandel, New Zealand^G.²
     She lived at Tinwald at Grahams Road and Harland Street, Ashburton, New Zealand^G.³ Her married name became McDuff.²
