     James, George, Mary, Sarah, Letitia, William, Margaret and Rose immigrated with his parents to New ZealandG, arriving 1881 or 1882.2 From 1892, her married name became Ford.2 She was a postmistress at Lowcliffe, Canterbury, New ZealandG, Sarah was postmistress for 39 years..2
