     Neptune Fitzgerald Blood was born on 16 July 1856.¹ He was the son of Fitzgerald Blood and Millicent Anne Morice.¹ He married Rebecca Sarah Hartford, daughter of Captain Augustus Hartford, on 19 February 1884 in a childless marriage.¹ He died on 6 February 1902 at age 45.¹
     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He lived at Vrede, Orange Free State, South Africa^G.¹

     Rebecca Sarah Hartford was the daughter of Captain Augustus Hartford.¹ She married Neptune Fitzgerald Blood, son of Fitzgerald Blood and Millicent Anne Morice, on 19 February 1884 in a childless marriage.¹ She died on 26 July 1898.¹
     From 19 February 1884, her married name became Blood.¹

     Captain Augustus Hartford gained the rank of Captain in the 50th Regiment.¹ He lived at Rose Court, Portarlington, County Laois, Ireland^G.¹

     Charles Holcroft Blood was born on 29 December 1858.¹ He was the son of Fitzgerald Blood and Millicent Anne Morice.¹ He married Agnes Allen, daughter of Very Rev. James Hastings Allen and Fanny Blood, on 26 February 1908 in a childless marriage.¹ He died on 17 April 1924 at age 65.¹
     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He lived at Johannesburg, Transvaal, South Africa^G.¹ He fought in the South African War between 1900 and 1902, as a Civil Surgeon with the Natal Field Force.¹ He lived at Willow Bank, Limerick, County Limerick, Ireland^G.¹

     Agnes Allen was the daughter of Very Rev. James Hastings Allen and Fanny Blood.¹ She married Charles Holcroft Blood, son of Fitzgerald Blood and Millicent Anne Morice, on 26 February 1908 in a childless marriage.¹ She died on 22 September 1934.¹
     From 26 February 1908, her married name became Blood.¹

     Very Rev. James Hastings Allen married Fanny Blood, daughter of Thomas Blood and Maria Egan.¹

     Fanny Blood was the daughter of Thomas Blood and Maria Egan.^1,2 She married Very Rev. James Hastings Allen.¹
     Her married name became Allen.¹

     Thomas Blood was born in 1785.² He was the son of Neptune Blood and Marianne Davies.² He married Maria Egan in 1809.² He died on 25 May 1847.²
     He lived at Roxton, County Clare, Ireland^G.¹
