     William Latham Blacker was born on 26 October 1745 at Rathescar, County Louth, Ireland.1,2 He was the son of Latham Blacker and Martha Beaver.1 He married Mary Hamlin, daughter of Thomas Hamlin, in 1773, leaving issue in addition to the son listed.1 He died in 1810.1

     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Tyrone.1 He lived at Airfield, Donnybrook, Glenkeen, County Londonderry, IrelandG.1 He lived at Lishnahanna, County Tyrone, IrelandG.1
