     He held the office of High Sheriff of Dublin City in 1762.1 He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1762.1 He held the office of Alderman of Dublin in 1763.1 He held the office of Lord Mayor of Dublin in 1769.1 He was Governor of King’s Hospital.1 He lived at Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG.1 He was the person after whom Blackhall Street and Place are named.1
